Alice Langley is a writer and theatre-maker based in Glasgow. Her short fiction and creative non-fiction is published by numerous independent literary journals. As an editor and theatre practitioner, she has worked with playwrights and authors working on everything from screenplay to memoir. She has taught flash fiction at the University of Glasgow, where she graduated with a doctorate in Creative Writing in 2025.

As a teacher, Alice uses a playful and experimental approach, using different sources of inspiration. She is in the process of editing her first novel.
